Trail period

The trial period of 2 weeks ends automatically.

Right of withdrawal, the right to cancel the purchase

Apart from the 2 weeks trail period, in case you have a paid subscription, but want to cancel the subscription; Within 14 calendar days, you can cancel the subscription free of charge and without stating a reason.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, please send an email with the order and subscription numbers to admin@myinstoremusic.com.

After the 14-day reflection period, you can cancel a paid subscription at any time via the “My Account” page. If you cancel the subscription after the 14-day reflection period, the subscription will automatically stop after the payment period. Depending on your subscription, this could be 1 month or 1 year.

Crediting

If you cancel the paid subscription within 14 calendar days of its activation, a full credit will be issued for the subscription fee. The subscription will then terminate on the cancellation date.

MyinstoreMusic will then refund the order amount within 14 days after receiving your return request. Repayment will be made using the same payment method used by the consumer unless the consumer explicitly grants permission for a different payment method.

If you cancel your subscription after the 14-day reflection period, no crediting will occur. You can continue using your subscription until the end of the payment period.
